  1. Set up your Spotter in your Sofar Ocean account and confirm it's reporting.
  2. Ask us for your data-forwarding URL — hi@coastalmeasures.com.
  3. Point Sofar's POST forwarding at that URL and your buoy streams into CUMULUS in real time.
